You might see some headlines about a shift in the real estate market, and how things are more balanced between buyer's and seller's.
Those headlines ignore one really important fact: All real estate is LOCAL. By that, I mean there's no such thing as a "national" real estate market, and what happens in one area can be quite different than what's happening elsewhere.
That's certainly the case right now, as the Tri-Cities is once again in a very strong seller's market -- even after there were some signs late last year that things might be changing.
